* Please note that this is not a yellow quilt at all, but is a combination of 9 tone on tone subtle printed fabrics - 3 of each color: white, ivory and beige. I chose beautiful fabrics but unfortunately they do not show up well as thumbnails on a website. This is a remake of a quilt kit I did several years ago called "Cafe au Lait" in The Quilter.

The border fabric features vintage type postcards of famous landmarks in Oregon and Washington from a collection designed exclusively for the 2009 Northwest Quilting Expo in Portland, Oregon. I designed this quilt in mind with all the things I love about the Northwest - pine trees, mountains and boating! This quilt features a variety of quilt block sizes, borders, and techniques from strip piecing to paper piecing, and machine appliqueing.
